We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at HAHHH. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with colleagues to achieve excellent patient outcomes.
Job OverviewThe successful candidate will have a strong background in nursing and experience working in a fast-paced clinical environment. They will possess excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
Main Responsibilities:
- Utilize the Nursing Process for the delivery and management of patient care from Admission to Discharge, appropriate to the developmental age of the patient population.
- Perform patient assessment/reassessment according to standard procedure.
- Develop and coordinate individual plan of care including discharge planning.
- Direct, supervise, coordinate, and evaluate nursing care within assigned clinical setting.
- Delegate appropriately to others in accordance with job description and competency level.
- Document patient care according to standard procedure.
- Develop, implement/coordinated, and document Education Plan for patient/family/significant other.
Key Qualifications:
Required:
- Current Massachusetts Nursing licensure and registration.
- BLS is a requirement for every RN unless advance cardiac life support (ACLS) certification is current, in addition to any unit specific certifications and competencies.
Desirable:
- Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing highly preferred.
