Under direct supervision, performs a variety of routine clerical duties in accordance with specific instructions and established work procedures.

I. Major Responsibilities:
  1. Files and retrieves files, records, and documents.
  2. Utilizes email, computer software, and/or other applications.
  3. Directs phone calls to appropriate persons, and records and relays phone messages.
  4. Assists others with projects.
  5. Other duties as assigned.
II. Position Qualifications:License/Certification/Education:

Required:
1. High school student or graduate.

Experience/Skills:

Required:
1. Basic communication, reading, writing, and math skills, and the ability to utilize computers for basic data entry duties, clerical accuracy.
2. Ability to follow instructions.
3. Ability to work well with others.

III. Physical Demands and Environmental Conditions:

Work is considered sedentary. Position requires work indoors in a normal office environment.
