As an HR Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the performance management team by ensuring accurate data retrieval and maintaining confidentiality.

Responsibilities
  • Download appraisal records from performance management systems in a timely manner for lawyers and staff separated from the firm
  • Name each downloaded file according to a designated format to ensure consistency and easy identification
  • Perform quality checks to identify discrepancies and maintain the accuracy and completeness of the downloaded records
  • Organize and maintain appraisal records in accordance with firm policies and data protection regulations
  • Collaborate with HR and HRIS teams to understand record requirements and address any issues
  • Handle all data with utmost confidentiality and integrity
Requirements
  • F.5 / DSE or above
  • No prior experience is required, but relevant experience is preferred
  • Ability to adapt to routine tasks and stay focused despite repetitive nature
  • Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy
  • Familiarity with systems is advantageous
