Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Operations Coordinator to join our team at XPress HVAC Services Inc. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and possess strong problem-solving abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate office activities, including managing calendars, preparing reports, and performing data entry tasks.
  2. Develop and implement procedures to improve office efficiency and productivity.
  3. Assist senior staff members with tasks such as correspondence, travel arrangements, and expense reporting.
  4. Prepare presentations and reports using MS PowerPoint and Excel.

Requirements:

  • Post-secondary education in business administration or a related field.
  • Minimum 7 months of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare clear, concise reports and correspondence.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
