Job Description

As a highly skilled Financial Account Assistant, you will provide exceptional support to the Financial Manager of Pro-Match Recruitment, ensuring the smooth operation of financial processes and transactions.

About the Role:

  • Provide expert bookkeeping services, including rapid pay reconciliations, allocation of client payments, and verification of accuracy and approvals.
  • Reconcile supplier statements and deal with accounts queries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process company credit cards and reconcile statements while maintaining Xerox, Dex, and Sage One systems.
  • Review bank reconciliations, assist with month-end reporting, and maintain client accounts, including dormant matters.
  • Collaborate with the team to produce financial analysis for the CEO and Directors as required.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure confidentiality concerning financial and client files.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in bookkeeping, with expertise in Xero, Dex, and Sage One.
  • Accounts receivable and payable experience, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills, initiative, time management, and analytical problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills, with attention to detail and high accuracy standards.
