  • Plugin Management: Arrange for plugins and upgrades: install plugins and upgrade the Moodle site as directed by IT.
  • Ongoing Support: Provide ongoing support across the business, respond to user inquiries, and requests for assistance.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Create and assist program heads to generate management reports across projects.
  • Training and Development: Provide best practice expertise to content owners, developers of programs, to ensure continuous improvement of learning material and how users access content.
  • Content Development: Develop roles and duties, present training workshops for content owners to use Moodle, collaborate with each functional owner to develop and import course content, update content, build engaging pre and post assessments for content, and create learner dashboards to track progress and leaders.
  • Badges and Competencies: Design online training modules, add and manage badges, create competency frameworks, and learning plan templates.
  • IT Training: Assist, develop, and implement IT training initiatives.
