Key Responsibilities
  • Register as FAIS CO with the FSCA
  • Develop, implement, and oversee regulatory compliance risk management strategies
  • Establish an effective compliance function, framework, and core processes

The successful incumbent will also enforce and uphold the bank's compliance standards, participate in activities that drive a strong culture of compliance and internal control, manage compliance monitoring, and produce reports for senior management on compliance monitoring findings.

This includes identifying and assisting with training and educational needs regarding compliance practices, making recommendations, and assisting with the development of training content with respect to legislative training.
