At SWATX, we are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Marketing Campaign Coordinator to assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of our marketing campaigns.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Campaign Development: Collaborate with the Campaign Manager to develop and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring alignment with our brand strategy.
  • Content Creation: Assist in the creation of campaign materials, including digital content, social media posts, and promotional materials that drive engagement and conversion.
  • Campaign Execution: Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure all campaign elements are executed on time and within scope.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor campaign performance through analytics, providing actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.

Requirements:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • At least 13 years of experience in marketing or campaign management, preferably in a corporate environment.
  • A strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with marketing software (e.g., email marketing platforms, social media management tools).
  • A strong organizational skillset and attention to detail.
  • A creative mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt.
