Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our team at Offernet LLC. As a key member of our marketing department, you will play a crucial role in the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Campaign Management: Assist with conceptualising and tracking multiple digital marketing campaigns for our products.
  2. Sales Monitoring: Monitor sales on set targets across various sales channels.
  3. Brief Completion: Complete briefs and follow up with teams as required.
  4. Asset Delivery: Work with the traffic team to ensure timely delivery of assets and campaigns.
  5. Tracking and Reporting: Track all campaigns using business tools or individual trackers and report on performance and delivery of campaigns and client results.
  6. Communication: Assist with the communication of marketing material both internally and externally.
  7. Meeting Coordination: Plan meetings, events, conferences, and trade shows by identifying requirements, establishing contacts, developing schedules and assignments, and coordinating mailing lists.
  8. Inventory Management: Maintain inventory of sales support materials, ensuring they are current and accurate, and coordinate the creation of new materials when necessary.
  9. Market Research: Continually seek new sources of prospective customer data and provide recommendations to sales and marketing leadership.
  10. Quality Check: Quality check and ensure that all product documents and information adhere to legislation.
  11. Presentation and Reporting: Compile presentations in Slides and reports in Sheets.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Educational Background: Business or marketing related qualification degree/diploma.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years digital marketing and digital campaigns management experience.
  • Coordinating Skills: 2 years' experience in a marketing administrative or coordinator role.
  • Campaign Management: Experience in managing and coordinating multiple campaigns.
  • Social Media Understanding: Strong understanding of social media platforms and strategies.
  • Marketing Coordination: Experience in marketing coordination or similar role.
  • Data Analytics: Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing.
  • Software Proficiency: Experience using data analytics software for research.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills.
