About The Talent Room

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Engineer to join our team at The Talent Room. As a Project Engineer, you will play a critical role in the success of our projects, working closely with our team to deliver high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning and Execution: Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery of projects.
  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and oversight to ensure that projects are executed in accordance with industry standards and best practices.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Foster strong relationships with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and suppliers to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate potential project risks, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all projects meet the required quality standards, and that any quality issues are promptly identified and addressed.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement, and implement changes to enhance project delivery and efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 5 years of experience in project management, engineering, systems design, or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Desirable Skills: Experience in mechanical design, industrial automation, electrical control systems, and pneumatic system design.
