Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Sales Development Representative to join our team at Charles Hope Apartments. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion through prospecting, lead generation, and relationship management.

Responsibilities:

  • Pursue New Business: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, targeting key companies, customers, and clients. Explore potential partnerships and sales channels to drive revenue growth.
  • Develop Client Relationships: Build strong relationships with prospective clients through effective communication, active listening, and tailored pitches. Generate sales-qualified leads and successfully sell Charles Hope's services and products.
  • Schedule Appointments: Schedule appointments for the Sales Manager and generate sales-qualified leads. Follow up with clients after calls, providing information and proposals to overcome objections and re-sell the proposition when necessary.
  • Enhance Customer Experience: Identify opportunities to cross-sell Charles Hope's offerings, increasing profitability and generating additional business. Collaborate with marketing to support demand generation campaigns and promote a positive image of the company.

Requirements:

  1. Background: 5 years of relevant B2B lead generation/sales experience. Previous experience in the property or rental sector is an advantage.
  2. Skills: Strong research skills, self-motivation, agility, and flexibility. Well-developed communication and time management skills.
  3. Candidate Profile: Self-starter with a passion for understanding the target market and company products. Proven ability to work in a dynamic environment and achieve targets.
