The successful candidate will be responsible for handling title deed transfers, property registrations, and legal compliance related to land transactions within the project. This role requires a strong focus on conveyancing, proficiency in conveyancing software, and familiarity with municipal land regulations and housing development frameworks.

A minimum of 2 years post-admission experience as an Admitted Attorney is required. The ideal candidate will have specific experience in conveyancing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work closely with municipalities, developers, and financial institutions to facilitate legal processes.

The key responsibilities of this role include handling property transfers and registrations, preparing and reviewing legal documentation, ensuring compliance with South African property laws and conveyancing regulations, and liaising with various stakeholders to ensure seamless property transfers.
