Job Summary

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, project management expertise, and a deep understanding of business processes and technology. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the successful delivery of projects by managing stakeholder relationships, leading cross-functional teams, and ensuring comprehensive project analysis and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Stakeholder Management: Develop and manage relationships with business and IT stakeholders to ensure clear and transparent expectations.
  • Communication: Implement effective communication processes, both verbal and written, to ensure clear and transparent expectations.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and collaborate with team members, peers, and senior management to drive project success.
  • Analysis and Documentation: Provide comprehensive project-level analysis through the creation of required documentation, including AS-IS vs. TO-BE analysis, system architectural designs, functional requirements, business process models, use cases, user interface mock-ups, user acceptance testing (UAT) plans, and test cases.
  • Data Analysis: Leverage data analysis and management expertise to support the development of strategic business and system reports.
  • Business Process Improvement: Enable business process enhancement and improve business user productivity by maintaining knowledge of relevant technology, tools, and middleware.

Requirements

  • Qualifications: Bachelor's degree (B-degree) in a relevant field.
  • Experience: A minimum of 5+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, expertise in project management and business analysis, ability to analyze, document, and model business processes, proficiency in data analysis and business/system reporting, and familiarity with relevant technologies and tools to support business process enablement.
