Job Description
  • This role involves leading organizational change initiatives to drive business success. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing change management strategies and organizational development interventions.
Key Responsibilities:

The individual will manage stakeholder relations, develop and implement organizational development interventions, and provide guidance and training to the change team. They will also conduct organizational assessments and design job evaluation and grading systems. Additionally, they will develop and deliver training programs to build change management capabilities within the organization.

Other key responsibilities include staying up-to-date with industry best practices, trends, and methodologies in organizational design and change management. The individual must also monitor and evaluate the impact of change initiatives, providing regular progress reports and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Requirements
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing change management strategies and organizational development initiatives.
  • Sound knowledge of change management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
  • Strong understanding of organizational design principles, job evaluation, and grading systems.

The ideal candidate should have a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, Organizational Development, or a related field. Change management certification (e.g., ADKAR, Prosci) is preferred. At least 7 years of experience in Change Management and Organizational Development is required, along with at least 3 years of experience as a Senior Specialist/Senior Consultant in Change Management or Organizational Development.
