Job Description

As a Customer Acquisition Specialist at Callforce Direct, you will play a vital role in our sales team, responsible for driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies and customer interactions.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Initiate sales conversations and provide customers with product information, current specials, and related activities.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively handle customer inquiries.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets, ensuring a consistent and professional approach.
  • Accurately capture customer information onto sales support systems.
  • Respond to rescheduled calls and pending information in a timely manner.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including sales channels, support staff, and customers, to provide exceptional customer service.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 6 months of international inbound/outbound telesales experience within the last 12 months in a Call Centre environment.
  • Strong selling ability and proven track record of closing customers.
  • Excellent understanding of the international market and its dynamics.
  • A clear criminal record and a proven track record of commission earnings.
