Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled Fiduciary Specialist to provide comprehensive fiduciary services to high-net-worth individuals, families, and select institutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for estate planning, trust administration, and will drafting, ensuring all fiduciary responsibilities are met in compliance with legal and tax requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Advise clients on trust establishment and structuring, ensuring adherence to legal and administrative requirements.
  • Manage trust administration, working closely with fiduciary administrators to ensure proper governance and compliance.
  • Develop and draft personalized wills and estate plans for clients, offering strategic advice tailored to their specific needs.
  • Act as executor of estates, coordinating the administration process and liaising with relevant teams for smooth execution.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing fiduciary advisory services.
  • Stay informed on legislative and regulatory developments in trust and estate planning to ensure best practices are followed.
Key Requirements:
  • Essential: LLB degree or equivalent academic qualification.
  • Advantageous: Tax qualification and/or FPSA designation (or ability to obtain it).
  • Minimum 5 years experience in fiduciary industry, with proven track record in estate planning and trust management.
  • Familiarity with company administration is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with ability to manage multiple client portfolios simultaneously.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with ability to explain complex legal concepts to clients in an understandable way.
  • Client-centric approach with strong service orientation and proactive attitude.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively as part of a team.
