Mixology Expert

CME Recruitment is seeking an exceptional Mixology Expert to join our esteemed client, a renowned winery in Cape Town - Stellenbosch. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for delivering an unparalleled drinking experience to discerning guests. With a strong background in bartending and excellent communication skills, you will create classic and innovative drinks that exceed customers' expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess customers' needs and preferences, making recommendations to enhance their experience.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in all bar areas.
• Ensure drinks presentations and temperature meet quality expectations.
• Set up the bar for service, including coffee stations and machines.
• Assist management in taking stock inventory.
• Demonstrate honesty, flexibility, accountability, and friendliness.
• Present a professional manner and attitude.
• Punctuality and self-discipline are essential.
• Attention to detail is crucial.
• Familiarity with basic computer and administration skills.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as a skilled bartender is preferred.
• Ability to travel for late shifts, if required.
• Passion for the hospitality industry.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong customer service orientation with excellent people skills.
• Professional relationships with departments across cultures and religions.
• Comfortable serving distinguished clientele.

We offer a competitive salary range of $40,000-$60,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
