Job Description
Provide administrative support to various departments, including procurement, debtors, customer services, and SHERQ functions.
Manage switchboards, filling and document control, and assist with procurement.
Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements
Matric with post-qualification in Office Administration or related field.
Minimum 3-5 years' experience in office administration.
Strong organizational and administrative skills, with attention to detail.
Ability to work under pressure, meeting deadlines and prioritizing tasks.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on building strong customer relationships.
Valid unendorsed driver's license and own transport.
Computer literate and proficient in MS Office suite.
