Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Planning and executing Nestlé Service Brand Presence in terms of First-party Data Acquisition, Content, and Engagement.
  • Executing Total Nestlé Service Brand Loyalty to Drive Retention and Loyalty, including full responsibility of Goodness/Familynes Platforms.
  • Accountable for helping push the best-in-class examples for Digital Communication to relevant Stakeholders.
  • CRM Partnership and Marketing Tech Platforms and Journey Planning to establish the right Journey Modelling to Engage with our Consumers:
    • Developing engagement strategies and creating attractive and rewarding brand experiences online in partnership with Consumer Marketing Managers.
  • Identifying and collaborating with strategic partners/associations for the above communications/programmes where relevant.
  • Accountable for optimal utilization and evaluation of PFME expenditure for the above communications/programmes.
  • Responsible for development of case study(ies) of communications/programmes for sharing with the relevant network.
  • Accountable and responsible for ensuring adherence to all company principles and policies.
  • Overseeing digital operations for the market, including Security & Compliance of all digital cloud-based properties in collaboration with IS/IT; Revolve Content studio operations - annual SOW definition, Create Nestlé User Access and MacBook delivery; Providing NIM level monthly reporting on BPI scores, Creative X scores, digital media buying KPIs, and data acquisition progress.
  • Collaborating with eCommerce Manager through Value Chain, RTM model and operation optimization, executing a fully aligned Integrated eBusiness plan with e-Retailers.
  • Driving the capability building agenda for the Market & eBusiness Team in collaboration with the Zone and Centre eBusiness Teams. Developing and coaching team members, ensuring development of careers, succession plans, development and coaching of digital champions across Functions.
