Job Description

Job Title: Millwright Ref: 3421

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Millwright to join our team at NDC Personnel & Contractors. As a Millwright, you will be responsible for performing mechanical and electrical maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our FMCG plant.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on mechanical and electrical equipment
  • Conduct fault-finding and troubleshooting to minimize downtime
  • Ensure the functionality and efficiency of plant equipment
  • Collaborate with other teams to achieve production goals
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules to prevent equipment failures

Requirements:

  • Matric certification
  • Valid Millwright trade test certificate
  • At least 2 years of post-trade test experience
  • Experience in managing electrical and mechanical maintenance, steam reticulation, and utilities
