Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team in Johannesburg. The core purpose of this role is to ensure the delivery of high-quality IT solutions and to collaborate with the software development team to identify potential issues early in the SDLC process.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, strategies, and cases to guarantee the quality of IT solutions.
  2. Extract and create detailed test requirements from BRS, FRS, and TDS documents.
  3. Manage and maintain test environments to ensure they align with established setup requirements.
  4. Liaise with key stakeholders to review system requirements and verify that solutions meet expectations.
  5. Lead analysis sessions to ensure accurate input and subsequent sign-off of testing deliverables.
  6. Manage defects using the test management tool.
  7. Cordinate UAT testing with business and external vendors.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 6+ years of experience in software testing with development expertise.
  • Proven track record of strategic contributions at a business level.
  • Familiarity with multiple testing vendors.
  • Experience with Salesforce.
  • Data migration testing expertise.
  • Web-based testing skills.
