  4. Break down requirements: help digest business needs into manageable features, stories, and epics for streamlined delivery.
  5. Assist with backlog grooming: participate in backlog grooming sessions to prioritize and clarify tasks effectively.
  6. Join sprint activities: take part in sprint planning discussions, contributing to test estimations and defining acceptance criteria for each user story.
  7. Build strong relationships: develop and maintain effective partnerships with peers, subject matter experts, developers, product owners, and other stakeholders through clear and open communication that aligns with our values.
  8. Collaborate effectively: work alongside QA Leads, Practice Leads, Business Analysts, Developers, Architects, and Product Owners to ensure we consistently meet client expectations.
  9. Network across teams: connect with stakeholders throughout Group Technology to create a strong professional network.
  10. Enhance delivery processes: contribute to retrospective reviews to identify and implement efficiencies that lead to faster delivery without compromising quality for our clients.

Requirements:

  • Selenium
  • Java
  • REST Assured
  • Banking and Insurance experience
  • Payments experience (advantageous)
  • 5-8 years of experience
