* Progressive sales executive experience with a solid 5-year sales track record within clearing and forwarding
* Strong consultative selling skills and ability to negotiate effectively
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Comprehensive understanding of sales and marketing principles, including international trade principles
* Knowledge of Air and Sea freight forwarding practices and procedures
* Familiarity with local trading market, Inco terms, and tariff calculation concepts
