Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the overall performance of our boutique shops, ensuring exceptional sales, inventory management, and customer service.

Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue and meet sales targets, leveraging market trends and customer insights.

Train and mentor sales associates on product knowledge, customer service, and sales techniques, fostering a culture of excellence.

Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely restocking of products, minimizing stockouts and overstocking.

Create visually appealing displays and maintain the overall presentation of the boutique, reflecting our brand's aesthetic.

Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Collaborate with other departments to promote special events and promotions, driving sales and brand awareness.

Prepare and analyze sales reports to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement, informing business decisions.

Manage staffing schedules and ensure adequate coverage for all shifts, balancing productivity and employee well-being.

Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing training and development for the boutique team, promoting growth and retention.

Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe and compliant work environment.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail management role, preferably in a luxury or boutique setting.

Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, with a strong understanding of market trends and customer behavior.

Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and develop a team, fostering a culture of excellence.

Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities, ensuring efficient operations and productivity.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with inventory management systems, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed, with a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

Fluent in English, with additional languages a plus, enabling effective communication with diverse customers and colleagues.
