Front Desk Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled and friendly Front Desk Coordinator based in Rustenburg, North West. The successful candidate will serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors.
Responsibilities- Welcome guests and clients with courtesy and professionalism.
- Manage incoming calls and direct them to relevant personnel.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings.
- Process incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Perform general administrative tasks as needed.
- Assist with office inventory management.
- Matric/Grade 12 qualification.
- A minimum of 2 years experience as a Receptionist or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work well independently and within a team.
- Positive attitude and professionalism.
