We are seeking a skilled and friendly Front Desk Coordinator based in Rustenburg, North West. The successful candidate will serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors.

Responsibilities
  • Welcome guests and clients with courtesy and professionalism.
  • Manage incoming calls and direct them to relevant personnel.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings.
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Perform general administrative tasks as needed.
  • Assist with office inventory management.
Requirements
  • Matric/Grade 12 qualification.
  • A minimum of 2 years experience as a Receptionist or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work well independently and within a team.
  • Positive attitude and professionalism.
Benefits
