Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and controlling patient experience finances, as well as developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders. You will also be responsible for ensuring that all functions at our hospital are performed in a manner that optimizes patient experience and contributes to the overall success of our organization.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have a bachelor's degree in human sciences (majors in nursing, social work, and psychology) and at least 5 years' experience in a service-oriented environment/operations. You should also have strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
