KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the continuous performance and quality management of our infrastructure department. This includes leading and managing a team of professionals, managing budgets and finances, and driving administration for our project portfolio.

You will also be responsible for managing project planning and coordination, risk management, and stakeholder relations. Additionally, you will analyze, design, and implement information systems to meet the needs of our organization.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS

A degree in a relevant field such as engineering or quantity surveying is essential. You will also need to have at least 8 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of managing diverse teams and data analytics.

Desired qualifications include a Master's degree in Business Administration and experience in software development using Python and SQL.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

You will need to have strong knowledge and understanding of process flow and optimization principles, as well as risk management and control. You will also need to have experience in financial and accounting principles, forecasting, and data analysis.

Additionally, you will need to have good knowledge and understanding of cost benefit and investment analysis, business and management principles, and data analytics and systems implementation.
