About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Leader to join our team at TalentintheCloud PTY Limited (trading as titc). The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our finance function, developing and implementing financial strategies, and ensuring the company's financial growth and stability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement financial models and performance metrics that align with the company's vision and enable data-driven decisions.
  • Establish and refine financial processes to achieve best-in-class operational efficiency, particularly through the strategic use of technology.
  • Familiarize yourself with compliance in regulated markets, ideally within African jurisdictions, to ensure seamless adherence to financial reporting and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • A qualified accountant with 8+ years of post-qualification experience, ideally within fast-paced financial services or FinTech environments.
  • Experience in high-growth, entrepreneurial roles where they contributed significantly to financial strategy and supported the company's scaling efforts.
  • Capable of overseeing both daily financial operations and long-term planning, ideally having worked in companies where they helped establish scalable finance functions.
  • Proven ability to implement technology-driven solutions to drive financial efficiency, demonstrating a passion for continuous improvement and innovation.
