The ideal candidate for this position will oversee the gathering and management of customer documentation, handle customer inquiries, process customer payments, refunds, and credits, and contribute to the daily management of the HomeChoice Showroom's stockroom. Key Responsibilities

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A completed grade 12 or equivalent qualification
  • At least 1 year of experience in a retail store environment
  • At least 1 year of experience in administration in a retail store environment
