Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administration Officer to join our team at West Coast Personnel. The successful candidate will have strong administrative skills, excellent communication abilities, and flexibility to work varied hours.

The role involves managing administrative tasks, maintaining accurate records, and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and maintain a high level of organization.

Salary: $65,000 per annum (estimated based on national averages).

Responsibilities
  1. Manage reception and general office duties, ensuring a welcoming environment and serving as the first point of contact.
  2. Handle supplier communications, coordinate maintenance requests, and ensure operational efficiency.
  3. Support market and event coordination, including occasional evening and weekend work.
  4. Assist with stationery inventory and stocktaking.
  5. Address queries received via various platforms and provide administrative support to staff and learners.
  6. Manage petty cash, process cash receipts, and assist with wages and debtors.
  7. Maintain and update social media platforms as needed.
  8. Assist with new enrollment inquiries, transport and aftercare applications, and manage transport routes.
  9. Provide administrative support to teachers and assist student teachers as required.
