Job DescriptionThe Primary Health Care Clinic Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our clinic, ensuring that all services are delivered efficiently and effectively. The successful candidate will have strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage a team of healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the clinic's staff, including nurses, pharmacists, and administrative personnel.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient satisfaction and outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
- Maintain accurate records of patient details and communicate effectively with patients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
To be considered for this role, you will need to have:
- A tertiary qualification in General Nursing or related field.
- Registration with the South African Nursing Council (SANC).
- Minimum 3 years experience in practicing as a Primary Health Care Clinic Sister.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
