Job Title: Senior Portfolio Manager

At Tree of New Beginnings, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Portfolio Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing our building portfolios, ensuring profitability, revenue management, letting, occupancy, revenue collection, and customer service to achieve performance targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategy and Operational Management: Develop and implement strategies to optimize portfolio performance, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Policies and Procedure Management: Establish and maintain policies and procedures to ensure efficient operations and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Portfolio Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our building portfolios, including maintenance management, collections, and letting management.
  • NOI (Profitability): Analyze and optimize revenue streams to achieve profitability targets.
  • Maintenance Management: Ensure timely and effective maintenance of our properties to maintain high standards of quality and safety.
  • Collections: Manage the collection of revenue from tenants and ensure timely payment.
  • Letting Management: Coordinate the letting process, ensuring efficient and effective management of vacant properties.
  • Financial Management: Oversee the financial management of our building portfolios, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with our building portfolios, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • People Management: Lead and manage a team of operations staff, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities.

Requirements:

  • NQF 7 in Property Management, Operations Management, or similar.
  • 5 years' experience in Property Management or Operations Management.
  • 5 years' experience in managing an operations team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of property management and CRM systems, as well as SharePoint and Sales Pipeline systems.
