About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Specialist to join our QA Department as a SOP Officer. The successful candidate will be responsible for compiling and reviewing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for Medipost Holdings.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Compilation of SOPs: Responsible for compiling new, updated, and revised SOPs for all departments within Medipost Group.
  2. SOP Reviews: Participate in SOP reviews, providing constructive input on all procedures to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  3. Administration and Quality Assurance: Ensure timely completion of final SOP versions, administer company SOPs, and maintain quality assurance.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Administration or Office Management/Equivalent Qualification
  • MS Office (Extensive Excel and PowerPoint knowledge)
  • Excellent understanding of Medipost Group processes and service level agreements
