  • Monitor KPIs, forecasts, and planning processes to support business goals and identify areas for improvement.
  • Implement process improvements and system enhancements to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of planners to achieve departmental objectives and foster a culture of innovation and excellence.


Requirements:
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in planning within the retail industry.
  • Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working with planning systems and advanced Excel skills.
  • Ability to collaborate across departments and influence key stakeholders.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
  • A relevant tertiary qualification in Business, Supply Chain, or related field is advantageous.
