  • We are seeking a skilled Senior Recruitment Consultant to source and identify qualified candidates through various channels, including job portals, head hunting, social media, and networking events.
  • The successful candidate will build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates, driving new business development through daily telesales and cold calling.
  • Key responsibilities include conducting interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and suitability for specific roles, as well as leading generation through various sources and platforms.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • A minimum of 2-5 years' experience within the Recruitment Industry as a generalist Senior Recruitment Consultant.
  • Knowledge of major industries such as Finance, IT, HR, Mining, Manufacturing, Logistics, FMCG, etc.
  • Matric is essential, and a qualification in HR/Psychology or similar will be an added advantage.
  • Strong finance acumen and sound negotiation skills are required.
  • Computer literacy in CRM and ATS software, including Placement Partner, Zoho Recruit, Hubspot, Manatal.
  • MS Office skills in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook.
  • A valid Driver's License and own transport will be highly advantageous.
  • Fluent in English or Afrikaans.
