Responsibilities:

  • Install and configure refrigeration systems to meet customer requirements.
  • Conduct regular inspections and maintenance tasks to prevent equipment failure and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Diagnose and repair complex refrigeration system issues using electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic testing equipment.
  • Maintain accurate records of equipment maintenance, repairs, and replacements.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless execution of projects and work orders.

Requirements:

  • Valid Code EB drivers' license.
  • Matric supplemented by an approved apprenticeship program in industrial refrigeration.
  • Authorized refrigeration practitioner Cat B8: Ammonia.
  • 5+ years' experience in the repair and maintenance of industrial refrigeration equipment.
