Job Summary
Norrin Radd (Pty) ltd is seeking an Office Operations Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Finance team. Key responsibilities include updating schedules and invoice details, analyzing reports and variances, verifying banking information for internal and external stakeholders/suppliers, maintaining accurate records of all reporting documents, and assisting with adhoc administrative tasks as required.

Requirements
Candidates should have a Matric (Grade 12) qualification and a Business Administration Certificate or National Diploma in Office Management & Technology is an advantage. A minimum of 2 years' experience in an administrative role is also required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, is essential, as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills.
