Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Ensuring all cash handling procedures are followed accurately and securely.
  2. Managing data capture processes, including goods received, goods returned, and supplier invoices.
  3. Addressing cashier queries and providing support throughout the day.
  4. Reconciling creditors' accounts and service provider invoices for approval by the General Manager.
  5. Maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring timely processing of payments and receipts.

About You

  • You have 3-4 years of experience in an administrative role for a retail operation or 1 year as a bookkeeper.
  • You possess a Matric, Bookkeeping Qualification, and Accounting Qualification (advantageous).
  • You hold a valid driver's license.
