Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Area Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management and people leadership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage Broker sales for our organization
  • Train and develop a team of quality Broker Consultants & Investment Specialists
  • Identify, recruit, train and license Financial Advisers
  • Establish and maintain business relationships with key stakeholders
  • Grow new intermediary relationships to build PPS Membership
Requirements
  1. A bachelor's degree is essential, with an Honours degree and PPS membership being preferable
  2. At least 3-4 years Sales Management experience in sales and distribution within the Financial Services or similar environment
  3. 3 to 5 years' experience in Insurance product sales or advice
