Lead a Team of Care Professionals

Faircape Health, a leading provider of comprehensive care services, is seeking an experienced Carer Supervisor to join our team at our Southern Suburbs facility. As a Carer Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the delivery of exceptional care and support to our residents.

About the Role
In this leadership position, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of carers, providing guidance, training, and ongoing support to ensure they are equipped to deliver high-quality care. Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Leading and supervising the carer team to provide outstanding physical, social, and emotional support to residents.
  • Ensuring care plans are executed and documented accurately.
  • Monitoring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Conducting probation assessments and maintaining performance documentation.
  • Addressing disciplinary issues and reporting incidents to HR.
  • Ensuring adequate staffing and leave planning.
  • Providing direct intervention training and identifying knowledge gaps within the team.
  • Responding promptly to emergencies and assisting with care tasks as needed.
  • Collaborating with healthcare professionals to coordinate care plans.
  • Participating in recruitment and onboarding of new carers.
  • Maintaining equipment and inventory supplies.
