About the Role

We're seeking a Senior Product Owner to join our team at Betway Group. As a key member of our product team, you'll be responsible for defining and delivering our product vision, strategy, and roadmap.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Product Manager to set product goals, objectives, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Develop and maintain a high-level prioritized product roadmap based on data, customer feedback, competition, and stakeholder input.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches and delivery of dependencies.
  • Use customer research and data to create innovative solutions and improve customer experience.
  • Assess market competition and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Scope and prioritize activities based on business goals, objectives, and customer impact.
  • Drive and present product launches, working with stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding of our products.
  • Work with technical architects to plan the implementation of the product roadmap.
  • Seek learning from the product community and share findings with the business.
  • Coordinate and facilitate technical feasibility of solutions.
  • Keep stakeholders and the wider business informed of product progress, vision, and goals.

Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a Senior Product Owner (minimum 1 year in role).
  • Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful B2C product throughout its lifecycle.
  • Demonstrable experience in A/B testing.
  • Capability to make iterative progress towards a product vision.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Skilled at working effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong interpersonal and communications skills (both oral and written).
