We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Cluster Pharmacist Assistant to join our team at Medipost Pharmacy.

This is an exciting opportunity for a professional who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care and ensuring compliance with Good Pharmacy Practice (GPP) regulations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing proper patient care, attending training on pharmacy acts and GPP, and complying with the POPI Act regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing accurate capturing of prescriptions, acute and/or chronic medication
  • Handling clinical discussions and/or inquiries with patients and healthcare professionals
  • Attending to cluster and personal action diaries
  • Compliance with SLA requirements and SOPs
  • Handling OUT OF WIP notifications and rejected prescriptions
  • Assisting with email inquiries relating to stock issues and financial inquiries

Requirements:

  • Grade 12 qualification
  • Licensing and Accreditation from the South African Pharmacy Council (SAPC)
  • Registration at the SAPC
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure
