Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and Supervise Staff
  • Oversee the production process to ensure high-quality baked goods and adherence to health and safety standards.
  • Develop strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor inventory levels and manage ordering of supplies.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery area.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Master Baker or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and food safety standards.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • A degree or certification in baking or culinary arts is a plus.
