About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated ERP Consultant to join our dynamic team at Bluegrass Digital. As an ERP Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in implementing, customizing, and supporting Acumatica ERP systems, ensuring our clients receive unparalleled service and support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement and maintain Acumatica ERP sites and related third-party products, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
  • Perform project implementation, installations, and upgrades, leveraging your expertise in business analysis and software implementation.
  • Conduct user training sessions and prepare comprehensive training guides, empowering clients to maximize their Acumatica ERP system.
  • Scope business processes and draft Business Requirement Specifications documents, driving business growth and efficiency.
  • Provide on-site, remote, and help-desk support, delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring timely resolution of issues.
  • Customize reports and forms to meet client specifications, tailoring solutions to meet their unique needs.
  • Evaluate customers' needs and requirements to tailor software solutions, driving business success and growth.
  • Conduct business analysis to optimize ERP functionalities, identifying areas for improvement and implementing process enhancements.
  • Achieve and maintain all necessary Acumatica certifications, staying up-to-date with the latest features and best practices.
  • Continuously refresh training badges to stay updated with the latest Acumatica features, ensuring expertise and knowledge.
  • Communicate effectively with the team, Project Manager, and Director, fostering collaboration and driving project success.
  • Update timesheets, support cases, and perform other administrative duties as required, ensuring seamless project execution.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Finance (BCom Finance/IS degree), Engineering, or a related field is advantageous, demonstrating a strong foundation in business and technology.
  • Proven experience with SQL and ERP financial systems, showcasing expertise in data analysis and system implementation.
  • Experience with business analysis processes and software, driving business growth and efficiency.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products, leveraging productivity tools to drive project success.
  • Certified Consultant in Acumatica or similar ERP systems is advantageous, demonstrating expertise and knowledge.
  • Strong understanding of financial and business operational workflows, driving business success and growth.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, showcasing a track record of success and expertise.
