Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership: Manage and supervise a team of 4 staff members, including 2 technicians and 2 service advisors, to ensure seamless vehicle maintenance and repair operations.
  • Workshop Operations: Oversee the daily workflow of the workshop, ensuring that vehicles are processed efficiently and effectively, with a focus on meeting or exceeding customer satisfaction targets.
  • Performance Metrics: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as average gross profit (GP) and customer satisfaction index (CSI) to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance overall performance.
  • Facilities and Equipment: Ensure that the workshop is well-maintained, with a focus on safety and efficiency, and that all necessary equipment, including 4 vehicle lifts, is in good working order.
Requirements:
