Job Description

As a Workshop Concept Manager, you will be responsible for planning and executing the marketing strategy for the Bosch Car Service concept, including budget planning and control, coordination of events, and marketing campaigns. You will also be responsible for rolling out new services for the Bosch Car Service network, determining business models, setting pricing strategies, and introducing service packages to develop Value Added Services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute marketing strategy for Bosch Car Service concept
  • Roll out new services for Bosch Car Service network
  • Guide and support sales team in implementation of concept in market
  • Manage relationships with suppliers and other departments in company
  • Develop and lead concept strategy, establishing mid- and long-term business plans
  • Analyse competitors' activities and identify opportunities for business development
  • Coordinate customer surveys and assessments regularly
  • Plan Bosch Car Service network expansion per country in region
  • Set up, lead, and deploy strategic cooperation with key partners
  • Support new Bosch Car Service acquisitions through market-specific campaigns
  • Follow up on Bosch Car Service contracting process, revising/updating content based on country-specific regulations and market requirements
Qualifications
  • Matric Certificate
  • University degree in Marketing, Business Administration or its equivalent
  • Honours in Marketing is advantageous
  • Valid Driver's License is mandatory
Skills
  • Proficient in English (Speak, read, and write)
  • PC literate with excellent skills in MS Office
  • Strong analytical approach with attention to accuracy and detail
  • Strong planning and organizational skills
  • High efficiency in time management
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with an ability to build sustainable relationships
Experience
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in Automotive business or Franchise Management
  • SAP knowledge and experience is advantageous
  • Understanding of workshop management processes, automotive technologies, vehicle diagnosis, and awareness of future trends is a plus
