Brief description

The position of Programme Manager include formulating overall training plan, day to day operation management of training orientated functions, as well as developing and implementing assessment programs in the training environment. Develop new training opportunities to enable income stream to increase year on year. Management of examination and moderation processes and procedures. Single point of contact with training bodies and client meetings/requirements.

Tasks
- Selection of examiners and moderators when vacancies arise.
- Ongoing quality assurance of all examiners' and moderators work.
- Ensuring alignment with the assessment policies.
- Liaison with all relevant regulatory bodies to ensure all requirements for accreditation is met and new demands in the market is analysed, new accreditation requests developed and implemented.
- Overall quality assurance of work experience module keeping education policies updated.
- Keeping abreast of developments in the education field.
- Evaluate and improve operations and financial performance in the training environment.
- Prepare reports as per ISG requirements for the GM and/or CEO.
- Ensure staff follows health and safety regulations.
- Provide solutions to issues (e.g. profit decline, employee conflicts).

Qualifications and requirements
- Preferable a training related qualification, with 5 years Training management experience.
- Experience as a programme manager in a medium to corporate business.
- Knowledge of training processes and functionsStrong analytical ability.
- Outstanding organizational and leadership skills.
- Problem solving aptitude Motivate people, drive cost down and increase profits.
- Presentable and professional in working with any level of people.

- Communication - Excellent communication (verbal and writing).
- Integrity — Job requires being honest and ethical.
- Proactive in finding solutions to any business changes in the economy, internal or in the ISG group.
- Self-Control — Job requires maintaining composure, keeping emotions in check, controlling anger, and avoiding aggressive behavior, even in challenging situations.
- Highly organized. Able to prioritize, delegate and follow up an completed tasks.

Lines of communication:
Report to the General Manager ISS/Chief Operating Officer/Director Innovative Solution Group.

Working conditions:
Full time Monday to Friday and weekends in emergency circumstances.
