Key Responsibilities:
- As a seasoned Chef and Kitchen Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the culinary operations of our kitchen, ensuring the highest standards of food quality and safety.
- With a strong background in Culinary Arts and a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role, you will be able to effectively manage a team of staff, plan menus, and maintain stock levels.
- You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations within the kitchen, as well as managing staff to achieve optimal performance.
- As a key member of our team at Staff Connection, you will be expected to work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve our goals and objectives.
Requirements:
- SA Citizen
- Diploma in Culinary Arts or similar discipline
- Min 4yrs experience as a Chef & Kitchen Manager
- Knowledgeable on health and safety within the kitchen
- Menu planning
- Staff management
- Stock management
- Must be able to work on weekends
