About the Role:

The Sous Chef will play a key role in ensuring the highest standards of culinary excellence in our kitchen. This includes overseeing food preparation, managing kitchen staff, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment. The successful candidate will have a passion for food, a strong work ethic, and excellent leadership skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Executive Chef in menu planning, food preparation, and kitchen operations.
  • Supervise and train kitchen staff to ensure high-quality service and food presentation.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
  • Participate in inventory management, ordering, and cost control.
