Clinic Nurse Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Clinic Nurse to join our team at Rectitude Recruit. As a Clinic Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive health assessments and make diagnoses to provide accurate patient care.
  • Collaborate with pharmacists to ensure optimal patient care and make clinical recommendations as needed.
  • Develop and implement treatment programs based on patient needs and analyze patient records to inform care decisions.
  • Communicate effectively with patients to provide information and support informed healthcare decisions.
  • Manage clinic stock and equipment, ensuring they are in good working order and maintained properly.
  • Perform administrative tasks, including maintaining patient records and submitting reports as required.
  • Participate in campaigns and competitions as requested by management.
  • Utilize Allegra Software to support clinic operations and make use of the Virtual Doctor option when necessary.
  • Provide vaccinations and conduct Pap smears as required.
  • Develop chronic care systems for patients and maintain accurate records.
  • Adhere to clock-in and clock-out procedures using the Ouch system and ensure accurate timekeeping.
  • Perform additional duties as requested by the responsible pharmacist to ensure the profitability, security, and efficient functioning of the pharmacy.

  • Strong clinical skills and experience in patient care.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with Allegra Software.
  • Ability to maintain accurate records and submit reports as required.
